Beyonce made a surprise appearance when she hit the the stage to perform her woman's anthem, "Diva" followed by her hit with her hubby "Crazy In Love."

The crowd went crazy but that wasn't the last serving of Queen Bey they got lastnight. Jigga man's wifey returned to the stadium's stage to close out the show with her boo performing, "Young Forever" as the final song of the evening.

Sporting all black, Bey looked stunning and as you expect the chemistry between the two was aww-worthy and as natural as can be!

Oprah on Rihanna-Chris Brown Rekindled Romance Rumors

Oprah Winfrey chimed in yesterday on the swirling rumors of Rihanna and Chris Brown's on-again relationship, according to Extra.

Winfrey, who was in Houston taping "Oprah's Life Class," looked shocked by the possibility, but said: "I don't know that that's true, but no I'm not surprised."

She continued to say that during their August interview, Rihanna "came with a big, wide-open heart and was in the space of forgiveness."

"She learned a lesson that she was repeating with Chris Brown — exactly what she needed to learn from her father," Winfrey explained.

“I think that if she is prepared to deal with that," she said, "and is prepared to help him help himself then so be it."

Chris Brown and Rihanna have been spotted several times in New York City — at two seperate Manhattan nightclubs and in the V.I.P. section of the new Brooklyn Nets Arena for the Jay-Z concert.

Brown released the following statement today to Hollywoodlife.com confirming that he did indeed break off his year-long relationship with his current girlfriend Karrueche for Rihanna: "I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I’d rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives."

Rihanna followed that with a tweet: "Ain't nobody bidness..... But mine and my baby!"

RIHANNA GOES NUDE FOR NEW PERFUME

Rihanna wants you to "smell sexy, especially naked, this fall.” And so, the "Diamonds" singer has added a third perfume -- Nude -- to her fragrance collection, which already includes Rebelle and Reb’l Fleur.

Rihanna leaked the ad for the new fragrance to her 28 million Twitter followers. The Nude campaign shows the singer with a blonde mop and sporting nothing but matching cream lingerie, while wrapped in a bed sheet. The photo recalls the imagery in the singer's "California King Bed" video.

Other details on the scent are scare. When asked via Twitter what the scent smelled like, the 24-year-old singer replied "ME!"

What was your first job in the music industry?
My 1st job in the music industry was in the mail room at Priority Records back in 1998.

Who was the last artist you worked?
The last artist album I worked on was Chingy’s “Hoodstar” album.

What are your thoughts on the current musical landscape?
I can’t speak for all music but as far as the urban musical landscape, it's terrible. In Rap music I feel there is no more creativity! Everyone sounds alike and all the music videos are the same! There shot in a club with bottles of liquor and a bunch of half naked women.

Nothing is left to the imagination anymore! Music is supposed to be a form of expression! What happened to telling stories about your life experiences???? It's all about girls shaking there ass’s and guys wearing platinum chains and driving expensive cars! No creativity!!!

Can you give us a description of your normal day?
A normal day for me is that I get to the office around 10:00 or 10:30 and I check my emails and voice mail. Then I check my calendar to see what meetings I have for that day. Depending on what project I’m working on, I check the BDS on the song that my artist(s) have at radio. Then I usually call my artist or there manager to check up on them to see how they are doing. From there I usually go meet with the marketing person for my projects to make sure my artist calendar is in tact as well as come up with new ideas on how we can further there visibility to the consumer. If I’m in the recording process of an album, I go to the studio with the artist to make sure the session go as planned! I have to make sure the producer creates the right beat for the artist I’m working with. Then around 2AM I go home and do it all over again the next day!

What are your thoughts on the current state of radio?
I can only speak for urban radio but I feel that all the stations play the same songs and it's too political. The DJ’s don’t have the freedom to play what they want to play anymore. They have to follow a playlist that has been created by the program director! It doesn’t matter if a DJ wants to play a certain song if its not apart of the playlist they can't play it!!

How much time do you spend looking for new artists?
I’m always looking for new artist!! There is never a time when I’m not looking for new artist!

Who are some of your “current’ favorite artists?
That's a good question!!! I don’t have a current favorite! That's really Sad!

How do you feel about the current “American Idol” Phenomena?
I’m not a big fan of American Idol. I feel if you put anyone with talent in front of millions of people every night of the week, they will sell records. I don’t feel it’s fair to all of the talented people that have been pursuing getting a record deal for years! But on the other hand I think the process worked for artist like Fantasia and Kelly Clarkson who in today's market otherwise would not have gotten deal!

You have been with Capitol Record for a long time and you have seen the executive changes. Tell us about your experience dealing with these changes.
It's really no real way to deal with it; you just gotta roll with the punches and go with the flow.

I'm more concerned about the lack of stars than the whole digital/physical dilemma. Stars and great songs move units, that’s a fact. The physical/digital problem will work itself out over time. What happened to rock stars? Rap stars?
What I think happened to the “Rap star” Is that they all started to copy each other! You can’t tell who is who anymore! And the few artists that aren’t copy cats, they are so contrived that their image and sound is not authentic or believable!

Any advice for aspiring artists who want to break out into the big leagues?
Pick a new profession!! LOL! No on the real, just be prepared to work harder then you have ever worked in your life! And then you gotta work even harder then that! Network, this build industry is built on relationships so it's all about who you know! So meet as many people as you can in the industry cuz you never know when you might need them!

Judge who forwarded racist email to step down

HELENA, Mont. — A judge who forwarded a racist joke involving President Barack Obama plans to take a reduced caseload starting next year and step down as the chief federal judge for Montana, a U.S. Courts spokeswoman said Thursday.

U.S. District Judge Richard Cebull of Billings will take senior status March 18, courts spokeswoman Karen Redmond said.

That will create a vacancy about a year after Cebull asked the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to open an investigation into his conduct over the email that included a joke about bestiality and Obama’s mother. Cebull requested the probe after news about the email became public.

That investigation is not complete and may not be related to Cebull’s decision, 9th Circuit spokesman David Madden said. It is not unusual for a judge to take senior status when he is eligible to do so, Madden said.

“You have this issue out here, and I can see how people would want to relate it, but there are a lot of other factors in play,” Madden said.

Cebull did not return a call to his chambers Thursday.

A judge can take senior status when he or she is 65 or older and has at least 15 years on the bench. A judge with senior status takes a reduced caseload but still draws a salary and can keep a staff of four.

Cebull will vacate his position as chief judge for the state and allow the president to appoint a replacement. That is one of the benefits of senior status: it means adding a judge to the state, Madden said.

Cebull previously admitted he forwarded the email to a half-dozen people Feb. 20 after receiving it from his brother, telling The Great Falls Tribune newspaper that he did so because he disliked Obama, not from racism.

After the story surfaced, Cebull wrote Obama a letter of apology and asked the federal appellate court to investigate his conduct.

Two groups also demanded an investigation. One of them, the Montana Human Rights Network, started an online petition calling for Cebull’s resignation, writing that “this behavior is simply not befitting of a judge.”

People For the American Way, another group demanding that Cebull step down, said Thursday it is not enough for the judge to take senior status. The group called on Cebull to resign or retire immediately.

Madden said a special panel investigating the matter has met several times. Cebull’s decision should not affect the panel’s work, he said.

“I believe that they will conclude their investigation,” Madden said.

Cebull was a Billings attorney for nearly 30 years before becoming a U.S. magistrate in Great Falls in 1998.

He was nominated by former President George W. Bush and received his commission in 2001. Cebull has served as chief judge of the District of Montana since 2008.

Cebull blocked the reopening of the U.S. border to cattle in 2005, two years after the United States banned Canadian cattle and beef products over fears of mad-cow disease. Cebull granted the injunction to U.S. ranchers who wanted to keep the ban in place, but the 9th Circuit overturned that decision and the border was reopened two months later.

More recently, Cebull presided over a lawsuit filed by landowners against Exxon Mobil Corp. over the cleanup following last year’s pipeline spill of 1,500 gallons into the Yellowstone River. That case is pending.

JAY-Z TO RELEASE 'LIVE IN BROOKLYN' EP

Jay-Z will immortalize his eight-night residency at Brooklyn's new Barclays Center with a live EP, aptly titledLive in Brooklyn. The album will not only be fun for the ears, but it will also be visually stimulating with eight tracks, plus eight videos all taped during Hova's final night of the run. No word on which tracks will make the cut, but his setlists from the BK shows have included everything from old classics off Reasonable Doubt to his more recent New York City shout-out "Empire State of Mind" and cuts off Watch the Thrown.
