Chris Brown and his lawyer Mark Geragos have submitted "physical evidence" to the New York Police Department that they say implicates Drake and his entourage were indeed involved in an altercation.
The Look At Me Now singer has been cooperating with detectives and cops say Chris is not currently a suspect but rather "a witness and a victim." They also say Drake is not a suspect, either.
TMZ Reports:
Drake has been "cooperating" with authorities, but we do not know if he has spoken to cops -- it appears his representatives have had conversations with detectives.
The two hip-pop stars have been in the news since their camps got into a bloody altercation that left Chris Brown with a gash on his chin and his bodyguard in need of serious medical attention which included a stay in the hospital. The fight is believed to have started over an argument about Rihanna. Eyewitnesses say partygoers started throwing bottles, buckets, cups and more.
