Hearing Delayed for Keyshia Cole's Stalker

Keyshia Cole continues to fight a crazed fan in court. The man accused of stalking the singer will remain behind bars until an Atlanta judge reschedules his hearing.

According to the Atlantic Journal-Constitution, Torey Webster was supposed to plead guilty in a hearing this week, but because Cole was unavailable to give a statement nor could prosecutors and defense attorneys reach a proper sentencing agreement, the hearing was postponed.

Since 2009, Webster has been in and out of jail on charges of aggravated stalking. Since his first run in with Cole, she has filed at least two orders of protection against him.

Their last encounter was in July and August of 2011 when Webster allegedly tried to enter Cole's Atlanta home and in another incident he lurked around the same property searching for her. Webster has remained behind bars since August 2011 and was charged with aggravated stalking and three misdemeanors – including stalking and two counts of loitering and prowling.
