A Georgia judge has ordered Gucci Mane to pay nearly $60,000 to Diana
Graham, who Gucci allegedly pushed out of a moving Hummer back in
January of 2011. According to TMZ,
the judge ruled in favor of the victim after Gucci, whose government
name is Radric Davis, failed to appear in court and provided false
testimony. Graham cited mental anguish, pain, and emotional distress as
damages.
Gucci Mane was originally arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge in
April of 2011, when a routine check in with his probation officer
yielded that there was a warrant out for his arrest. He pled guilty to
two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct, and one count of
disorderly conduct and was sentenced to six months behind bars in
September of last year.
Gucci’s upcoming mixtape Trap God is scheduled for an October 17th release.
