It'll be a little bit country and a little bit rock `n' roll onstage at next month's American Music Awards.
Organizers announced Wednesday that Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj and Linkin Park will perform at the 40th annual ceremony on Nov. 18.
All are also up for awards. Minaj is the night's leading nominee, along with Rihanna, with four bids each. Swift is nominated for favorite female country artist and Linkin Park is in the running for alternative artist. Other nominees, include: Drake, Justin Bieber, Maroon 5, One Direction and Usher -- who each received 3 nominations; while Carrie Underwood, Chris Brown, fun., Gotye, J.Cole, Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Luke Bryan and Pitbull collected 2 nominations.

Fans can vote at the Coca-Cola AMA voting website, amavote.com, as well as AMA.abc.com. Artists will be honored in the categories of Pop/Rock, Country, Rap/Hip-Hop, Soul/R&B, Alternative, Adult Contemporary, Latin, Contemporary Inspirational and -- for the first year ever -- Electronic Dance Music.
Christina Aguilera will also perform at the ceremony at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, where it will be broadcast live from 8:00-11:00 p.m. ET, on ABC.
