OCTOMOM CHECKS INTO REHAB FOR XANAX ADDICTION

The "octomom" Nadya Suleman, notorious for her apparent negligence to herself and her children, has checked into the Chapman House Drug Rehabilitation Center in Southern California.
According to TMZ, the mother of 14 is looking for help to deal with her addiction to the prescription anti-anxiety drug Xanax. The octomom has been in the news a lot lately, with reports of her new pornography career and allegations of child neglect just a few weeks ago. But it seems like Suleman is seeking a new path.
In a statement by a rep to ABCNews.com, Suelman was prescribed the pills to deal with anxiety, but wants to take the right steps to good health. “Ms. Suleman has been taking Xanax that was prescribed by her doctor to deal with her anxiety, but she felt that she needed a treatment program to heal with her recovery," said the rep. "She will be in treatment for 28 days or more if needed.”
As of right now, the children were left in the care of nannies while Suleman headed to treatment.
Is this a legit problem for the octomom, or just a cry for more attention?
