I am the only one who is NOT surprised at our headline. So much about their love affair didn’t make complete sense–at least to me anyways. Rumors have been circulating around the internet for months that the 37 year old former supermodelKimora Lee Simmons and her gorgeous 48 year old actor husband Djimon Hounsou have been separated “for some time”. When in fact, the couple were never married.
Kimora Lee decided that Thanksgiving eve would be the perfect time to grab everyone’s attention. She broadcasted a heartfelt confession via twitter.

Kimora may be referring to the rumor that the couple split over money and apparently her music mogul ex-husband Russell Simmons stopped funding their larger than life lifestyle. Something is still just fishy about this story. I’ve always believe that Kimora and Russell were still married.
