The IRS filed a tax lien against Al Pacino in 2011 -- claiming he slighted the government out of $169,143.06 in 2008 and $19,140.44 in 2009 ... for a grand total of $188,283.50.
State of California claimed in 2011, Kelly Osbourne owed over $30k in back taxes from 2009.
