50 Cent Reportedly Looses MLB All-Star Party Gig Over Domestic Violence Charges

Rappers are starting to learn the hard way that anything they say or (allegedly) do can have repercussions when it comes to the companies they do business with. 50 Cent has reportedly been axed from a gig performing at Major League Baseball’s All-Star bash in New York City after being charged in an alleged domestic dispute last week, according to a report by TMZ.

Fif was slated to make an appearance at the July 14 event, but sources close to the site say he’s been dropped from the lineup over his recent legal issues. Flyers which once displayed 50 as a live performer have been replaced with ones that now say “surprise performers” will take the stage.

As previously reported, Fif was charged with five misdemeanors for his alleged involvement is a domestic dispute with his ex girlfriend. Jackson is accused of kicking the woman and breaking things in her California condo. He has denied the allegations. He is scheduled in court July 22.

An attempt to obtain a comment from Fif’s camp were not returned as of press time.
