California rapper Kid Ink is having a tough week days after being arrested in Las Vegas as new reports claim a pizza delivery person has sought legal action against him.
According to reports, the delivery man claims Ink's dog viciously attacked him.
Reports claim Nazarian not only wants medical expenses covered but also extra compensation.
A few days ago, Ink downplayed the seriousness behind his Sin City arrest.
Garnik Nazarian claims Kid ordered a pie delivered to his Granada Hills home ... and when he showed up at the front door, Kid's dog -- Louie -- attacked him ... chomping down on his hands, arms, legs, face and other body parts. Nazarian -- claims Kid should've known Louie was "unusually dangerous" and prone to attack ... and should've kept the animal locked up. (TMZ)PALACE NEWS
Reports claim Nazarian not only wants medical expenses covered but also extra compensation.
According to the lawsuit ... Nazarian's injuries are so bad, he won't be able to deliver pizzas for a long time to come. So, in addition to medical bills and pain and suffering, he wants lost profits. BTW ... the lawsuit is a little wonky. In California and most states, a dog bite victim doesn't have to prove the pooch was unusually dangerous or prone to attack. When dog bites a person ... owner pays -- period. (TMZ)
The rapper tells Billboard that has no concerns that the charges in Las Vegas will be an issue. Asked about what happened Friday night, when it is alleged a scuffle broke out around 2 a.m. following his appearance at 1 OAK, he just says, "It's all good. I'm just looking forward to taking my tour overseas in the next few days." (Billboard)Coincidentally, Ink appeared in good spirits on social media Sunday (August 17).
"Love all my fans who showed support today," Ink tweeted August 17. (Kid Ink's Twitter)
