Police now have boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s account of the murder-suicide of dancer Stephanie Moseley and her husband, aspiring rapper Earl Hayes.
According to TMZ, police sources say Mayweather confirmed reports that he was speaking with Hayes through the video chat app, FaceTime, as the incident went down on Monday.

During a two-hour interview with investigators Wednesday, Floyd explained that the two were discussing Moseley's alleged infidelity just before Hayes put down his phone and shot Moseley multiple times. When Hayes returned he told Mayweather of his plans to commit suicide. The boxer unsuccessfully tried to talk him out of the decision.

Reports suggest that Hayes had accused Moseley of having an affair with R&B star Trey Songz. Moseley appeared on the VH1 series "Hit The Floor" and worked as a backup dancer for Chris Brown, Britney Spears, Usher, Rihanna and others. Hayes was signed to Mayweather's record label.
